This garden was previously known as the Governor’s Garden and was started in the late 1930’s behind the Governor's Mansion. It was renamed in 2001 as the Carnahan Memorial Garden after the death of Governor Mel Carnahan. The garden is a peaceful place with blooming flowers and is an ideal location for weddings.
